Website Disclaimer for Inaccurate Information?

Does anybody by chance know of any good disclaimer templates for websites that have inaccurate information? (or just plain out lies)

I need this for my money making website, but all the templates I've looked at don't really seem to cover it

EDIT: The lies aren't about the service Im selling, its just the about us page is complete BS
