Website disappears and then reappers from google

i'd like to ask you a quick question because i think you guys are the only ones who had the problem or could fix it. I built a money site on an expired domain and am now in the top 3 for the keyword on google (it's specifically about a review of a highly competitive product). Strangely enough, I'm in this top 3 for about 5-6 hours in the morning and then the page disappears completely from the first page only for the 1-2 main keywords. This has been going on for about 4 weeks now. I already thought about keyword cannibalization, because I have 10 supporting articles for this product review, but google should recognize this as a separate article. Do you have any idea what else it could be?

Does your current content match the previous content of the expired domain (archive.org)?

No i build up completely new content and 410 old posts. Site is in medical niche and it was a hospital site before i bought the expired

How old is the site in which we are talking about here?

But, i think update should be completed normally within 60-90 days max in case where google is performing update in other to list new website in accordiance.

*Just like the other member pointed out, give them sometime's come back here to report the accident with screen it this continue.
