Bought 3 footer links with exact match and website came to 4th page from 9th page.
After 2 days website disappeared for those keywords.
Should i delete those links or wait for it to come back.

Algorithm update can be behind this. I do shun sitewide footer links. Screams purchased
 
As mentioned above delete those links they are way too spammy.
 
Most of these links were considered as spam, remove those links. I suggest to build quality pbn links, guest posts and niche edits.

Do you using rank tracker? if answer is no, first start to use rank tracker and check exactly what happen to your keywords with your competitor keywords ranks. You can easily identify what happen to your keywords.
 
Avoid footer, widget, menu types of links mate. It is way too spammy. Imagine the site has 1000 links then you get 1000 backlinks from the same domain.
 
Wait for sometime.

Do not take hasty decision. It might be just Google dance.
 
It is too early to conclude if it is a penalty. Wait for sometime and check.

could be google dance or it really is a spammy link
 
Google hate these links....that's old school link building strategy...doesn't work nowadays
 
Could be a "Dance". Wait for a week before taking a decision.

Unless you are doing "Churn & Burn", footer links are not reliable.
 
Instead of buying spam links try to get a guest post from BHW members. Guest posts are pricy but it will work in long run.
 
Finally some relief..
Keywords are coming back to position where it was 1 week ago before creating these backlinks.
 
Now should wait for a much more for better results
Keep working with it you will get good results.
 
You should wait for sometime like a week atleast. And if still not shown anywhere, then you should remove the footer links.

As taking the link from footer or sidebar, means getting the links from the whole website like posts and pages with same anchor. So you are getting the 100's or 1000's of links from a single domain, which seems spammy link.
