I have my site practically done and all I need is to make some minor changes to the site and get the site uploaded on the internet.

The person I had doing it before just doesn't understand. Please be from the states. When sending a PM or leaving a message please give me a ball park as to what you would charge for these simple steps.

You should give us a general idea of what is needed before we can make any price estimates. What are these minor changes?
 
Look up Yachi or nitrocan they are both great designers.

2. What the "minor" changes are so a estimated per hour can be placed on it.
3. Terms of payment and expectations

Your ball park is somewhere around $100 plus or minus depending on the full scope of the work you needed to be FULLY happy!
