Website Designer/programmer needed

Hi all

Im looking for a web designer who can set me up quickly with a website , something similar to checkoutmyink.xxx (xxx=com)

Ive a tattoo domain and was thinking of doing something similar , something where people could upload there tattoos etc and then people rate them etc .Obviously id need to to monetize it , im not sure how though yet.

So can anybody give any ideas of what would be involved in a site like the one above , with thumbnails of peoples tattoos etc on the front page etc.

More to the point can you pm me if you can help design something like that and of the cost etc.

Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated
