Website design needed: very simple concept

1. Embeds a Youtube video / live-streams to a website.
2. Utilizing the API, the embedded Youtube video must have logo disabled / top bar / etc. (I can do this part if you are not familiar with Youtube API)
3. Mask the Youtube video player with a transparent div overlay to disable right clicking of the video player so people cannot copy the URL directly. (Yes, I know grabbing the URL if just as easy via source code / firebug / etc, but this is just want I want)
