Website Daily Traffic?

I'm looking for an appointment from this website :
https://prenotami.esteri.it
The calendar is located at : https://prenotami.esteri.it/Services/Booking/2359

Is there a way i could know which days this calendar had the most visits ?
They are not saying when the appointments would be live.
And obviously I tried visiting the website on numerous occasions to no vail, every time there is no appointments.
I'm a developer and could potentially make a script to monitor this but i don't want to invest any effort, real money into it.
I don't really know alot about seo but I'm definitely positive there are tools out there capable of extracting this particular information.

You probably won't find any tool that has this information, because the tools base traffic on the position and keywords on Google. For example, a keyword has 1000 monthly searches and the site is in the first position, so 90% of that traffic goes to that site... It's all an estimate, real data only for the administrators, unless you can hack and inject Google Analytics.

The calendar sent is even worse, because to have access you need to be logged into the site.

You'll have to create a crawler and keep monitoring it. We have this same problem on the Italian Consulate website in Brazil. To give you an idea, the queue in São Paulo at the Consulate is 10 years long.

You could try using website traffic analysis tools like SimilarWeb or Ahrefs to estimate peak visit times. Also, Google Trends might give insights if people search for "Prenotami appointment" more at certain times. If you're open to light automation, you could set up a simple script to check for appointment availability and log timestamps.

Yes it's for Italian consulate. Looking for legalisation appointment, No answer from them whatsoever they say appointments are released but they wouldn't tell the day or exact date when they are available.

Although there are 3rd parties that provide this service, probably will end up consulting one of them.

I'll set up a system to monitor my particular calendar. For my particular case knowing the day is enough as i heard the appointments stay live for around 30minutes.

Side note for business : wanna partner up on Brazil ? Tbh couple years ago i worked on this same website on morocco ( we knew appointments were availables every monday at 9am it was different than this use case) made couple thousands on that project lol. If you ever think we could partner up on brazil I'm in. My script will definetly need reviving.
