Website Crypto advice - im stuck

Hi Guys

Looking for some advice as I've completely come to my wits end. Here is the scenario:

I have an adult website that currently accepts card through a local payment gateway but they only accept ZAR (South African Rand) as the currency. Now here's where the issue comes in, when I list an item for 100 ZAR online, paying with card works perfect but if the client chooses crypto (I use OxaPay) then that 100 ZAR amount turns to 100 USD to be paid by the client on OxaPay.

Changing card payment processors is a solution but im declined by all of them due to the nature of the website. Even high risk processors decline.

Any solutions? Really affecting business so I'd appreciate any help at all

you can use coinbase commerce to accept crypto and you can set up the currency or also btcpayserver works fine
