Website Criticism Wanted

Hey everyone.

I made this website on the cheap for a not-for-profit group. They seem satisfied, but I was hoping to open it up for criticism here on BHW. There are a lot of techniques for making money listed on the forum, and I've dabbled in building WordPress sites for a while. I'm hoping to build or remodel a few sites to finance some other things, so naturally I want to know if my work has any value. My main questions are as follows:

1) What's your general impression? Good, Bad, Ugly? General comments....
2) What's done well?
3) What needs improvement?
4) How much do you think someone could reasonably expect to earn selling a similar site in the future?

I'm not afraid of people saying something's terrible, but if you're going to do that please don't waste my time by not providing a reason. If it sucks, by all means say it sucks, - just be sure to tell me why it sucks.

And since I'm too new to post URLs here's some screenies (luckily 90% of the content is part of a 1-page design). Although the pictures are somewhat small..... I'm sure the intrepid people here can figure out the URL. It's the name of the group so it shouldn't be too hard.

PS: The screenshots seem to have a second menu bar at a random spot in the middle of the image. This is because the menu follows you as you scroll.

It looks really good.
2) What's done well?
The design. I love one-page websites.
3) What needs improvement?
I don't really like that "BACK TO MAIN PAGE" thing in the middle of the cash contribution form page.
4) How much do you think someone could reasonably expect to earn selling a similar site in the future?
I would pay $250 easy for that website if I had the money. I'm no expert on this area however. You can probably make more from such a website.

Get rid of the back to the main page thing, and I'd pay for a design like that. IF it works perfectly.

The back to main page thing in the middle of the page is only there because of an issue with the extension I used to capture the images. It's not actually there on the site. Thanks for the feedback guys, anyone else?
