Website creation

I want to create a website that connects with MLS, All the social media and post about real estate stuff. I know I can hire someone from Fiverr or something to create it but wanted to see if there was a cheaper option. I don’t mind putting in the work but just need guidance to start from and eventually have people use it and maybe charge them.

what are your thoughts? Is it possible? I’m sure someone has done this before. Thanks!
