You need team, but you don't have:

1. exact idea
2. idea why you would need team anyway
3. nothing to offer to your team

Paying team from month to month, team must stay on the website and helping. Not just make it and leave. I plan on making one bigger than facebook

All depends on how popular it is, if it is created good. A lot of people will go to it. which = lots of money.

But it wont make any money the first 6-12 months. So who pays for these first 6-12 months while the site is being developed, beta tested and marketed?

the ads will make some money, and if it turns out to be really good ( better than facebook etc. ) we will radidly increase profits

What worries me more is that Jr.VIPs and 'high status' members go for shit like this, it really makes me wonder how small the minority of people actually making money is..
