OP does not want a contact form. He wants a contact form bot, with captcha solving!

And OP, I have not heard of any bot like that. Maybe you should hire a programmer to do the job.

I failed to see the word "bot" when I read the post. I don't know of any bot that does that.

if you are using wp there are loads, but search 'gravity forms' they are quite good.
