Website Coding

Just getting and idea of how much people would charge to code a design i have made in Photoshop. I have the PSD so you would have to chop it up and then code it, im currently trying to do it myself but if all else fails then im going to have to pay someone to do it. Its a very basic design as you can in the image below, the sections in the middle will be where the images are, the left and right boxes show the previous/next picture that will appear. Design might change a little bit as i mess around with the design but nothing major. Any images that i upload would need to be added the list that will appear in thous boxes (hopefully that make sense)

The Ad box would need to be coded so i just put in the image link url and it appear, or something along thous lines.
