Hello dear BHW members.
I decided to post in here because I wanted to keep better and more responsible track of what I am doing. So, let me get started.
MINI DISCLAIMER: Living in Croatia is really weird, administrative costs are high for any kind of entrepreneurship attempt and if I plan to do this kind of B2B I will have to register a firm.
The idea:
Basic idea of the whole thing is website building, design and hosting. I plan to design, build and host website for small businesses locally. My plan is to do it with my good friend. Since he is really good at client menagemnt and I am good at design (so I have been told my some people) I believe this project might be profitable.
To do list:
1. Find one client to start with. This will be the hardest task since people are conservative, but I belive that if I put a price low enough it will still be profitable.
2. Register a simple firm. In Croatia that is called j.d.o.o. and everywhere else it is limited company I believe.
Costs and revenues:
If I put a price of design and building of $150, hosting $5 per month and my total costs (TC) are $35 for reseller hosting, and around $100 for limited company (j.d.o.o.) registration. I would still be in the positive which is more than okay.
That is the basic idea, still WIP.
