Website audit tools - got a URL, sitemap, but no CMS or SFTP access

Hello.
I have a potential new client (very well-known prestige accessories brand) who have a philanthropy site that they want overhauled. They've asked for an initial site audit, but won't yet give me the keys to the server, so I can't get a CMS login and don't have SFTP access to any files. I do know the site has a sitemap.xml which looks valid, and runs to around 200 pages, so it's not a huge site.
I'd like to do an outline audit for them based on what I have available, with an upsell later down the line for a full / deep dive audit if and when the outline stuff is helpful for them.

Ideally, I'd like to run something from a terminal and point it at the remote sitemap, let it run through and spit out a report…or if there's a well-regarded online audit tool that's sub-300USD then I can bill them for that. I have found a bunch of tools on GitHub that I've shortlisted, and I'll report back if there are any gems out there, but I'm open to advice on this.

What's the hotness in site auditing in 2023? What have you used that's worth shortlisting?

I've not used it yet, but Screaming Frog is pretty much everyone's favorite auditing tool. so you might want to check that out

Personally, I use Screpy from time to time, I got a deal for this on AppSumo and I'm trying to make use of it more often, but I'm too lazy of a bum to bother with auditing even my own sites lol. But it's a cheap option that can still prove useful.

Other than this, I'm not sure what else to recommend. But I have a Scrapebox license (but no proxies), and if you need any Scrapebox related stuff I can do it for you for free (if you're comfortable sharing your client's site with me, obviously), as a Thank You for helping me with my AMD thread. Just let me know if you need any SB related task and I'll happily do it as long as it doesn't require proxies

But yeah, probably that Screaming Frog is what you're looking for...
