I receive about 30k UV/month and about 90% of them are from Google. More than 50% are from US, and 20% from UK
Why i'm selling?
I am selling because i just don't have enough time that this blog deserves. As i said above, i have a full time job that takes all of my time.

A simple formula to calculate the website selling price is to multiply the monthly earning (average) into 10 months. I have sold a similar site (tech niche) @ $800 USD using flippa.

So when a site makes 1 000 month, estimated price for it is 10 000 ?

yes, it should be. If the earning are constant or average from last few months then it should have a price tag of 10K

This is also the same rule of thumb I go by, or at least used to go by when I was an active member over at DP (up to late 2013).
