Hey,
First of all I guess this should not be in this section. The forum needs separate web dev section.
My question is: how much affection Pagespeed Insights score has on website SEO ratings? Should I consider it being one of the top priorities, or just keep an eye on it as a secondary thing?
Now I am a bit obssesed with it, made some sacrifices just to raise the score but I do not see the way to get a fair score. Although my page loading speed is quite good, the score is trash because 'CSS elements blocks loading' (I am not going to do inline css, fuck that) and pictures are too good of a quality. They are optimized already but Google still suggesting to use 'barf' quality pictures. (you could not tell a difference between pile of vomit and a picasso painting at that quality level).
I would love to hear out people with experience. Thanks.
