I might have misunderstood. Are you trying to find what keywords they're ranking for? Without contacting them directly there is no way to know. You can develop a program to scrape the site and pull all keywords and meta data and that will give you a good start but that won't give you all of the keywords they're ranking for.

I had a tool a while ago that did just this, also I have seen sites that give the keywords of that domain along with the position on the search engine.

iBacklinkPRO will show under what keywords they are backlinked, and the amount of backlinks pointing to the site under specific keyword.
