Hi all, this probably isn't in the correct section but here I go.

I have my website but I still realised I'm missing something what all websites have. A terms & conditions page and a privacy policy page. Is there a template I can use somewhere? How do I acquire them?

a simple google search and you will find a ton of samples to use. Also there are a few plugins like stated above that will give you a basic set to get you going.

visit any competitor.. copy their stuff. change the name. takes like 15 mins

Find the TOS of 3 to 5 competitors. Hire a rewriter so you can have your unique TOS. Advise the rewriter to combine the TOS of those 3 to 5 competitors' TOS.
