Hello,
I am urgently needs a very affordable, good working US hosting solution. But I should be able to pay without a credit-card. I actually have an paypal email account but I dont have the opportunity to do the money transfer with a credit-card. Who could help me with a good advice? Thanks in advance! Could anyone give me a good advice?
PS.: I would do my payment yearly.

I would say avoid yearly payments...its not a good idea
