Anyone know of a webhosting provider who genuinely ignore DMCA? who also provide a DMCA safe Domain? With servers in countries which are DMCA safeproof?

The hosting might not be the core problem. More likely the registrar for the domain and dns resolve will kick you/bar you since those are often aligned those are aligned with western forces.

Thanks for the great info, do you know of any registrar which ignores DMCA warnings?

I have looked into marketplace, it is quiet confusing to pick the right seller i am hoping someone on here who is queit expirenced can suggest me a reliable seller on marketplace.
