Webmoney problem

Hello. When I am trying to send funds it says "You cannot transfer funds. For details please contact technical support". Maybe someone had similar problem? Maybe my account frozen but why? I didn't do anything wrong.

Why don't you contact technical support and find out?

We're not psychics here...
 
I already contacted but until they reply I want to know if someone had similar problem and what that problem was
 
Maybe you need to verify something? Maybe they thought you were a noob? Who knows?
 
Never faced such problem with webmoney .. they are usually hassle-free. Did you send them your ID for verification?
 
I just see than I have 1 complain about 20 wmz. If I talk to this person and give him 20 wmz back he can close this complain and I can send funds again or even if he closes it I cant still send money? I dont know how these things on wmz works.
 
They can block you account for many things
When you transfer signifficant amount of money and don't have 'personal passport' - they may require you to receive such passprt (ID yourself)
Or when you send or receive money with comment like 'for heroine and guns'
Or you have a complain
Or you was a receiver of stolen money or just a middle man
Or you use it for some 'Ponzi' activity in whatever role
Or if they suspect your account was hacked


So send these 20 WMZ back then contact support

Reason is I have a complain. I can't send those 20 wmz because I get message "You cannot transfer funds. For details please contact technical support".
 
What a shitty support they have few days no reply...
 
Finally I get reply. But now they will reply in few days again I think...But my problem is almost solved.
