Webmoney was popular some years ago.. No so much these days... BTC is better

webmoney is very useful, you can create a wallet in rubles ,dollars ,euros and also in btc, if you have the epayment card the load and extract your for example dollars ....If you do not take a card with them or do not have an epayment (depends on the country in which you live the options to get your money), it is also possible to switch between your wallets.......

I am using it all my life. Rather than being worried about btc fluctuaton choose WM, you ll have easy acces to heavens of cheap CIS country advertising market and many other stuff

It's a safe platform for online users. But you should beware with the third party exchanger. Everything is very convenient and money is in reliability.

The interface is kinda hard and I don't recommend this to non-tech-savvy users.
