Webmasters, How do I solve this?

I need your help guys! I'm in the kitchen niche, and I've been tracking some of my competitor's backlinks, and I noticed that most of them do have a link from [addbloglink .com] and other similar sites. But the problem is, I've been trying to get my links on these websites I don't know how to. Also, there is no way I could contact them.

Please how can I get my blog featured on these sites?

In 99% of cases, there is a way to contact these sites. Dig hard. Also, try using a WHOIS query to see emails registered to them, and email those addresses.
