Download huge lists of blogs from this forum, open scrapebox, insert list into scrapebox, create comments that will go into moderation 100%. Start the blast and wait for webmasters to check out the links you left in your comments on their blogs

Adwords too expensive me thinks. Look into purchasing email lists from solo ad providers within the webmaster niche, but still be careful.

Media buying is a bit tricky. To be honest I don't think a lot of people will go into deep details as far as media buying but buysellads is a nice platform
