Why would I want to add PBN to GW? If it was money site, then I could consider, that too I'd find a bit risky.
 
No way man. Stay as low profile as you can with your PBN.
 
I have a few that have their own Gmail account and G+ attached so also added to WMT. Wouldn't recommend doing it for lots of sites though, maybe the ones you really want to invest time and money into preserving.
