Webmaster showing URL errors & Access Denied. Anyone know how to fix?

I just submitted my website into Webmaster Search Console yesterday. And today when I check, I got 10 URL errors (Access Denied) with 403 response code.

It seems like almost all my webpages are blocking Google bot. Can't even Fetch as Google.

Under index status, the total indexed is 0. I think this is why my website losing its traffic.

Anyone experienced this before? And any idea on how to solve that? I tried looking around the net but it seems complicated and I am lost.

Webmaster tools can't index links when your site is down. Please check that!!
