Webkit Traffic - Does this convert for any offer?

Hey guys, wanted to check with anyone who is familar with this browser type. Does such browser type convert for CPA offer? Meaning it is not bot running such browser and possibility of a conversion.

I am currently using a traffic source that is sending me alot of such webkits traffic. Never work with such browser before so any input will be greatly appreciated.
