Im turning to the all knowing IM community for this one, as I cant find anythign that does everything we need.

My company is in the process of choosing a new webinar platform as we have outgrown our current one. I am putting together a comparison of these. Here is what we need in the software -

-Live chat, with ability to have more than one moderator
-Ability to save webinar to put on youtube
-Ability for presenter to call in or use computer mic
-200+ people
-Ability to playback other videos (possibly from youtube) during presentation
-Ability for customers to call-in and listen to webinar

Do you know of a piece of software that will achieve this?

Thanks in advance to anybody that helps! :D

Looking between GoToWebinar, Webex Event Manager, Adobe Connect, and AnyMeeting

Gotowebinar is great. Any of the products from Citrix are wonderful. HDFaces is due to come out any day now for Gotomeeting which is really going to be a monster product.

Yep! . . . GoToWebinar is the industry standard. :)

"Wiz"

For under 1k people gotowebinar for over 1k it get more complex and expensive

You may want to try RHUB Webinar appliance. It is an appliance-based solution so that you don't need to pay recurring monthly fee.

They have a demo site turbomeetcom, it is completely free, but there is a 50-min cut off.

Just wanna let everybody know we went with Adobe Connect. Everybody at the company loves it, they have great training, and its damn cheap as well. I would definitely recommend it.

I would recommend deploying on premise RHUB webinar appliances. It provides many features such as conducting webinars, online meetings, web conferences, recording webinars, file transfer, Free audio conferencing, customization in terms of number of participant?s etc.
