Two years ago webhostingbuzz was the best service for me. But now, they have downgraded their support. Every thing is done by billing department which is available only 8 hours per day. And reply after 2 hours. It means if we have to get something done from them, we have to wait for one or 2 days. Technical support is outsourced and is very cheap. Staff is available for live chat but they don't even have correct information of products. They can't do any thing. They don't have access to server and just ask to open a ticket with billing department. I will advice everyone do not join webhostingbuzz, they can't handle their customers now.
