Webhosting/vps for using as an autoresponder email server

I need to have an autoresponder email service, I'm having a hard time finding a good host for it. I'm looking for a host which inboxes and also does not ban for a few complaints. I will not be mass mailing, but it will only be an autoresponder. If you know a good service for my task please let me know.

Hostings from Europe and specially Germany and Netherland are very soft for spam complaints. companies like leaseweb and bacloud are very soft. if you want more list PM me i will tell you all about it
