I've seen crazy deals for web hosting. Some up to 10 sites or unlimited sites.

Now what is the catch here ? Is there anything I should worry about when using these guys services ?

For example : $7 YR UNLIMITED HOSTING GOING UP SOON (LOCK THIS PRICE IN NOW!) CloudFlare LiteSpeed cPanel + More

    Thanks for the help

    ask another question to yourself:

How many warriors are also members on BHW?

Answer - Guessing 70% and up

So whether its on warrior forum or BHW, the service offerered is from the same type of people.

Read the reviews first and if it seems good then give it a go, else look elsewhere

    Hard drives cost ~$200/terabyte.
Bandwith costs ~$2000/month for a 1gbps dedicated symmetrical from a quantity supplier.

You cannot get quality from ~$0.7/month hosting. You cannot get quality from someone who doesnt know wtf their doing.

If you signup with such people, I really do hope you lose everything you put on it.

In order to have profit with these prices they have either to

    - Oversell, by having much more users than server can take as a result all to get down
    OR
    - Close the business earlier than 1 year.

Here's what I don't get...if a person is serious about making money online, why in the world would they bank on someone else's hosting plan?

    What could go wrong?

    • Forget to make payment
    • One, or multiple, site breaking TOS
    • Server Throttling
    • Crappy Customer Support
    • Unreliable Uptime

Do yourself a favor and get your own hosting account. Go through a reliable company. When you're talking about something as vital as site hosting, just pay for quality.

    My opinion...
I'd rather use an established free host like 000webhosts than trust my site with a 'bargain' like that.

They are either going to hit and run or be completely unreliable. Maybe even only offering the hosting for less than professional reasons.
Niche theft, affiliate link hijack etc etc.

    Again, just my opinion.
Some could be genuine, but I doubt it.

Well, it is possible to open $7 a year hosting. For example, he can get 20 people signup under him, it means $7 * 20 = $140 a year. There are a lot of legit hosting out there who offer less than $140 a year reseller account. In fact, I reseller account for $3 a month, well but it is not unlimited.

The only hosting you ever want to use is when you're going direct to a company that has techs in the data centre. That's the only way you can really get stuff done or fixed when the shit hits the fan.

Resold hosting might seem cheap, but only until you have your first outage and your income immediately drops to zero until your sites go back up.

Wouldn't trust WF members to feed my goldfish let alone keep my sites online for a month at a time :)
