Looks super high to me for those specs, I'm using @DamoHG Hostgnome.com which is super fast hosting - Loads ads super fast. Give it a try - They have some trial.

Let's start with the budget that is optimal for you. There is almost no limit for you, upgrade when the demand increases.
If you have technical knowledge of system administration (linux), you can refer to unmanaged VPS at a relatively low cost, from only $5/month.

CPU/RAM specs?
does it have restrictions such as inode limit and such (im guessing this is a shared hosting)?
Is your site heavy, would it crash the hosting?
Hard to really say.
Just remember, all those "apps/addons/cpanel" is taking up resources on the hosting & most likely, it is shared resources too.
Overall, it depends on your site, if your site is light and has virtually no visitors, you should be fine until it grows bigger.
