WebGenius won't refund me my 100 USD

I bought his Yahoo Answers service for 100 USD and he didn't deliver for over 2 months. I now asked him to return my money and he isn't returning it. I have given him more than enough time to return it or deliver the service. The entire experience has been very frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

I first asked him to return all of my money on the 21st of February and I still haven't received any of it.

Still haven't received any of my money back... I've been very patient as it's almost been 3 months since I purchased your service...
 
Web Genius has 24 hours to refund the money paid or he will be temp banned until he does. (and if the temp ban expires before it's refunded, then it will become a perma-ban)

Web Genius has been temp banned for 2 weeks. If he refunds, the temp ban will be removed. If the temp ban expires before the refund is made, it will be changed to a perma-ban.

Sent him a message on skype, he ignored it and I still haven't gotten my money back, pretty sure I've been scammed...

i was cheated by web genius. 110USD was taken by him, and still no refund
he disappear now
what can i do

Web Genius's 2 week ban has ended and he has failed to return my 100 USD. This is a very aggravating experience as I now only have 40 USD for my IM ventures.

He scammed more than 1 guy, and has 12 positive itraders ? Really ? If we want to stay safe, we should work as a community, and also use the itrader, rep and thanks button accordingly, as well.

Proxygo - yep, I got it.

Web Genius has had more than enough time to refund - and has not. He did contact me and said he will be refunding 'in just a few more days'. I told him that if he does, I will remove the perma-ban but at this point, he'd have to settle both issues before that would happen.
