Weberster - SCAMMER ALERT!

I asked http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/34612-weberster.html to code me an app around 2-3 months ago, he gave me a 2 week completion time frame, I have sent several emails to him, but no reply, so DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

$75 down the drain.

I logged in and got a notification about this thread. I'm sorry that it had to come to this, but you got frustrated and created this. Let me begin by saying that I understand your position, but by no means advocate being called a scammer. I've tried to do my best work for the BHW community that has given so much to me, and have gotten feedback accordingly, so this is a downer.

I want to apologize for the confusion. I could certainly have been more communicative, but due to personal reason I haven't been around very much (almost not at all) lately. As you know, there have been email exchanges between us, but the workload and real life occupations didn't let me do my job properly as I always do. However, I couldn't sensibly put that my positive reputation on the ground, not for any amount of money. Integrity first.

I like for my clients to be 100% satisfied with the work done, so I want to assure that you'll get the app delivered with the most quality and my sincere regret. Hope we can put this matter behind us and for you to be happy with the end result.

P.S: I sent an email with the same message to Adam, but I want to be very clear about my apologetic position. Sorry Adam and mods for the trouble. Expect the usual high quality that has marked my job for all of my projects and excellent communication.

This is great. I like to see when people can work out their differences and disputes. Sounds like Weberster is a stand up kind of guy so hopefully everything will go smoothly from here on out.

This was just a misunderstanding and lack of communication from me to my client due to reasons beyond my control. I'm working on that immediatelly. Adam is great and this matter has come to an amicable agreement between the two of us. He'll get compensated for his patience and understanding.

I hate that it actually has to come to this, but this guy still hasn't got me my app devloped, it was to be ready by the 8th of this month, I waited until the 10th, emailed him, no reply, so looks like im not getting this after all.

Beware when sending money in advance for anything like this kinda thing!

Well, it doesn't seem like you two have come to an "amicable understanding", Weberster. Do you have any proof that you have at least worked on the app, or produce any evidence contrary to what Adam is saying (emails you sent him when he says you never replied, etc.)?

You have a fine vocabulary, I'll give you that; but you can't silvertongue all your problems away. Give us some kind of evidence to debunk the accusation against you- I hate to say it, mate, but when you outright lie about having resolved an issue, it weakens your position pretty severely.

Verdict - Never received anything from this guy, and he hasn't refunded me, or replied to my emails.

People need to understand that - unforseen events happen but at that point you MUST REFUND the money and let the client find another service provider instead of holding money for 2-3 months for something that was promised in 2 weeks , bad bad boy .
sadly OP now i guess your money is a gonner, you shouldn have given him a second chance and flatly asked for a refund back in JAN. good luck hope you get the money or the product back
