Exactly my point. Out of 25 girls you will probably be able to keep and dedicate time and money to about 12-15 girls... 10-13 will probably leave or you will want to replace because her production isn't very good. You can't be afraid to bring girls in and take girls out. I have limited space and limited hours a week. To let under performing girls lag around will eventually bring the whole studio down. Like I said model retention is the name of the game. Once I get all my retention programs running I believe I should lost less than 25% of my models a month.

The amount a girl makes on avarage I won't be able to comment on until after 12 months. But it varies and alot of different factors are at play. Also different sites are for different girls. Clients and atmosphere change from site to site. So having your girls on multiple sites(min 3) is the best thing for them.

Just opened a 10 Room WebCam Studio and looking for advice

I opened a webcam studio about 6 weeks ago. It's my first experience in the industry. I researched the idea for 6 months prior to opening. But 6 months was not in enough. 6 weeks in and i'm bleeding cash. I had to get a title loan on my car just to handle payroll. The problem isn't that my studio is failing; my problem is overwhelming success. The models made more money than i had in reserve to pay. I made the mistake of offering the models weekly pay, not paying attention that the streaming site wouldn't send me a check for at least 3 weeks. I was forced to pay the models out of my pocket, and i just couldn't afford it and still meet my other obligations ( rent, internet, staff salaries ).
If you are a studio owner; help out a newbie with some advice. I currently have a 10 room studio with 72 registered models, but i can't seem to get more than 12 working at any given time. What incentives do you use to get the models to show up and not be so flakey?
