Problem with the "steady flow" in my opinion is that most of the big sites rely in some form or other on a model ranking system that means it takes work, time, proper strategy (and some luck) to get a model listed on a prominent position on each homepage. These positions can be goldmines for the model/studio but take dedication and investment to attain.
Exactly my point. Out of 25 girls you will probably be able to keep and dedicate time and money to about 12-15 girls... 10-13 will probably leave or you will want to replace because her production isn't very good. You can't be afraid to bring girls in and take girls out. I have limited space and limited hours a week. To let under performing girls lag around will eventually bring the whole studio down. Like I said model retention is the name of the game. Once I get all my retention programs running I believe I should lost less than 25% of my models a month.
