A big part of this is probably because I'm a big fan of web 3 gaming and what it can be, but I believe that crypto gaming projects are about to become even more of a big deal.
We’re seeing better-quality games now, not just basic play-to-earn models. Unlike the first GameFi wave, these new projects focus on gameplay first, then adding on the crypto layer.
There are even other projects that are taking tradable in game assets to the next level, projects like Cross ensure everything from gold to swords can become tradable digital assets, and it's so new it hasn't even listed yet.
I don't want to get my hopes hope too much, but this new wave of games might just change the current narrative of GamefI.
