Web2.0 properties

Hey guys i have a client who wants 30 web 2.0 properties and each should be linked to main website + one random property . So all properties are linked with each other and also each property links to main website . he has 20 sites so creating 30*20 web properties + linking them manually is a pain in ass,any ideas which software i should use for this job ?

He is your client and you should do it manually. Manual Links has no comparison with automatic software's links and you can never have the quality with that. Yes i agree this is much time consuming but if you are busy then hire someone for this.
