Hey guys,

So recently I've been scraping for web2.0 expired domains to make the 1st tier of my website.
I have found some good ones with PA ~30 and some of them had TF/CF 20+ with a good ratio but the main problem I see is that their anchor text ratio is over the limit, most of them don't have generic anchor text and their main keyword or branded name is mainly above 60-70%.

Would it be wise to register those domains and start using them to rank my site or would it be better just to leave them as they are and register new web2.0 for my 1st tier?

Try it out man, that's the only way to know for sure. If they're still indexed you could see if diluting the anchor text could make the property 'usable' again. There's also a fair chance some of them could be penalized in which case you would be better off starting fresh.
In short, I'm honeslty not sure and would be interested in seeing the results myself.

How about if I make tier 1 with fresh new web2.0 and then make the 2nd tier with these expired ones?

Possibly, yeah. I mean, it would be a better option. It would funnel 'juice' though I'm just not sure how much benefit you would see. Like I said, give it a shot.

Don't know what platforms you are using.
However if they have brand name as anchor text (like tumblrs) that's a good sign.

how many old web 2.0 can you register? I cannot re-register weebly, livejournal and others.. I can only do tumblr..

In my experience you can re-register weebly.

already i have PR 2 web 2.0 tumblr accounts and using as Tier 1 but din't find any improvement on SERP. an idea about utilizing those domains to improve my SERP.

No you don't!

You have what was logged as a PR2 account 18 months ago, the last time Google updated public PR.

What you probably have is a PR0 site, so it's no more valuable than a brand new Web 2.0 property.

Why do you think that is? Because it's not PR2 - it's a worthless zero, unless you build some links, content and authority.

I wish people would forget PR - IT's DEAD.

Agreed!!! I'm sick of hearing about PR aswell. PR is dead... even Google have confirmed it!!!

You can always dilute anchor texts with a range of techniques.

Web 2.0s is good as 1st tier for normal websites, and expired web 2.0s blogs works better. But if you have authority website try to get links from real websites.

Use the expired web 2.0 as tier 1, then add some tier 2 links with variations in anchor text.

Go for them dude, you can get more tier 2 links from appropriate sources to dilute anchors and gain more relevant anchors too.

Just build backlinks with the anchors you want. Use GSA, buy a couple packages from the marketplace, etc.

I see best results from tumblr blogs when I drip feed the links. So no 50 links in 1 day.
The size of the articles doesn't seem to be relevant for most niches, so I go with 100 - 300 words and sometimes I add a pic/vid.
Use tags on each post. Here you can mix some broad tags (like: fitness) and some of your exact keywords.
Also, warm up your blogs first. Make a few posts or reblogs. Let google index the blog back (if it's not already indexed) then make your backlinks.
