Web2.0 indexing issue

Use speed link, if you are not indexing many links, just ask them for trial, they'll give you 59 for free which should be enough to index your links

Use the link indexer tool like speed links it will index profiles within24 hr..if you don't have indexing tools then share your links on the social media plateform

Do I need to submit backlinks to all these indexers to get them indexed? Single indexing service won't help?

You don't have to. But you have to test which one gives you the best results. Sometimes one is better than another but with time it changes.
