Web with the same content in different domains

I have organized the structure and contents to make an amazon niche for the USA.
Would it be worthwhile to make another structure and translate that content to make the same niche for Spain, for example? Or could I be harmed by both websites because of duplicate content?

Google will rank your translated content lower if the translation looks automated. Automatic translations are terrible for user experience for a number of reasons (poor quality, references to products that might not exist in the user's country, etc.)

I would use a good translation tool like DeepL but modify the content each time prior to translation. Be sure to set up hreflang tags and build localized backlinks. It could even be helpful to have pages for products that exist in Spain only-- ideally Google should see a unique website for each language with its own content structure and backlinks.

Yes, you can translate the content and use it. Translate the content manually and make it good quality and useful for users. I don't think this will cause duplicate content issues.
Avoid automatic translation, this will lower the quality of content.
