New site? You need to create a lot (I mean, a lot) of seo-friendly contents (articles, but you can also buy them here) at first. If you want to rank for one or more keywords, then you also need to buy seo (since you don't seem to know a lot about it) services and spend a huge amount of money depending on the keyword(s) difficulty. All the SEO service you can get are on the BHW marketplace

Well, you need to read methods that someone described. Also you didn't give us any info about your website, niche. Do some work by yourself first.

Whether you choose to get organic or paid traffic you need to put work in it. Are you low on budget you should learn the basics of SEO and optimize the helle out of your site both technical, on-page and off-page. You can learn a lot by googling around, follow the leading SEO-people and TRY! try, try, try.
You need to create (or bur) quality content that are SEO-friendly, a site that is user-friendly and get backlinks!
If you go down the paid-road you probably need some professional help if you haven't worked with Google Ads, Facebook Ads or so. You can end up with using waaaay to much money for few customers if you just do some random ads.
