Ok the title of the post is a little over-the-top. Have noticed a few posts on BHW disclosing methods of how to use web stat sites to get your domains indexed with the Big G (see: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...8-google-indexing-backlinks-really-quick.html and others). I've tested this method out on a few domains and it seems to work reasonably well... but something is bothering me...

I notice that many of these sites don't appear to give a link back to your page in any form, not even a re-directed link. So how do these sites help get you indexed? Examples would be the following:

http://www.zimbio.com/search?q=www.YOURDOMAIN.com

http://www.aboutus.org/www.YOURDOMAIN.com

http://www.dnscoop.com//index.html?site=www.YOURDOMAIN.com

These are just a few examples - whilst recently submitting to a list of 75 sites, I found around 40% of them to seem not to give a backlink.

So... am I missing something (quite possible) or do these web stat lists many of us are submitting to need refining to remove these sites?

I hope this doesn't come across as ungrateful to those who've shared these methods, as I and many other people here at BHW are very grateful for them. My aim is to clarify this issue for myself and any others who've been wondering about this one.

Thanks :D
