Web Site Launch/Redesign

I have a website that I would like to relaunch.

I already have all the code from the old site, the original was taken down because I was bored and tired of dealing with customer questions/issues,

Essentially, I just need someone to upload all the code to my server, redesign the frontend a little so that it appears to be a brand new site, then launch it.

The site is written in Python-Django.
