WEB Site Developer - Hotel Reservation

Hello,
I'm looking for a website Dev for hotel reservation that has to have the following characteristics:
- French/English language for the entire website;
- presentation for each registered hotel;
- user login friendly and easy to access;
- capability of reserving up to 3 rooms/user;
- capability of paying the reservation directly on site;
- easy handled for registering new hotels;
- dynamic design;

These are the main requests, any other plus will be more than welcome.

We can get the site as per your requirements . do you have any reference website like so you want your site to look or we can decide and show few mockup and then once that design gets approved coding can be done ...please advice

Hello,
I can give you some names that are my target since I want to make a reservation site for a big country, should be a combination between makemytrip, orbitz and hotelsonline.
Don't forget that for me is important the friendly access more than anything.

The website that I would like to develop is for the hotels of a big country - advertising, reservation and not only. So the project is not an easy one and it has to fulfill a lot of requests because there will be not only the clients who has to have an easy access, also the hotels has to use their internal CPanel for arranging the empty rooms, only like that the web-site will work properly.
 
As much as I hate recommending this... There is a magento plugin for reservations. It costs $400 and I've dealt with it once. It allows you to select times spanning multiple days, max bookings at any one time slot (down to the minute if I recall.) The only part you may have to get custom coded is the registration for different hotels, if you want hotel owners/managers to be able to signup and offer it immediately.

edit: incase you're wondering why I dont like recommending it: I hate magento.

Sorry I've already found 3 teams - now I just have to choose which one is the best to work with, anyway thank you very much.
