Hi i need to Create web site.please add me Skype when u are adding me Skype put a subject as a "Web site" ill give more details and also i not a rich man so looking a low cost budget.after u are finish site i will pay full cost.

Sounds like a wordpress job - $10 setup if you have your own domain and webspace

Once the site is set up, you can play about with different themes and plugins for free
