web scraping with captcha (bypass prefer)

Hi, my boss need a python script for download files for search query, the data must be readed from xlsx that contains codes like
02199-2018-0-3204-JR-CI-02 02199-2019-0-1809-JP-CI-02 02199-2019-0-1809-JP-CI-02 02199-2019-0-1817-JR-CO-07 02199-2021-0-1501-JR-LA-04 02199-2021-0-1601-JR-LA-03 02199-2021-0-1801-JR-LA-25 02199-2021-0-2501-JR-LA-01 02199-2021-0-3204-JP-CI-02
1- go to https://cej.pj.gob.pe/cej/forms/busquedaform.html
2- clic on "codigo por expediente"
3- read the code from xlsx and fill the query
4- resolve the captcha and clic in search button
5- clic on icon to show the results
6- download all files from the result, load the next page for download
7- when finish go to the point 1 and continue with the next query
Here the guide, some guys said that is possible bypass the captcha (or we can use 2captcha api), we need that the script could run in windows pc in multiple web browser (if is posible) and do it fast.
