Web registrar which ignores DMCA

Hey BHW,

I'm currenty working on a project and am in need of a registrar where I can register a .com domain, who will ignore any DMCA requests regarding selling copyright goods.

This should be offshore, I've read good things about china but dont know which registrar to go for - one that will definately ignore DMCA.

dude check out my365host and or scorpiohost, i've been with both and still with my365host. they ether ignore it or forward it issue to you for you to deal with but they wont shut down the site.

both have servers in germany
