can someone plz help me or point me in the right direction on how to make a web page without haveing to pay $$$

Wordpress also has a free blog option.

search for WEB 2.0 , you can make free sub domain blog and pages for free

just point to blogspot.com and login with your google account.
you can search "blogspot" on youtube for more tutorial..

I've had good experience using weebly, it's smoother and less "clunky" than wix which is very similar.

Many free hosting providers such as wix, wordpress, blogger, etc which are used to host the free website for everyone. It has own site builder option and also has more free templates and themes. Choose whatever you want.
Some or many people start free blogging for money by google adsense.

Download WordPress free Templates, Which suites your niche.
Select the eyecatche responsive theme.
Just make your own contents , images and menus by editing them.
And you just have to make change the color hover and some css which should be clean and neat.
What kind of works are you providing will be displayed in About us.
And what products do you providing will be in the Product page.
In Gallery some of the pics of your products and your company will be given there.
Mark the map and make some details about you in the contact us.
Just upload it to your domain.
Simply quiet and easy.
No much coding needed.
But you have to pay for your domain. lol
