Web ideas?

Hey, i sold a domain name recently and i now have some money to invest for buying domains and hosting.
Although i cannot get any idea, any good idea. So i though is there anyway someone could give me an idea what web to open.

I want to open a website targeting local traffic. I think i have couple of good advantages because i have the money to invest and also got some descent skills in web design and web development.

If anyone could give me a good idea for local webs, i would be very thankful

You can create a site with local business listings. Local shops, gas stations, clinics etc and get traffic from google for a large numbers of keywords. Also you can add users reviews there and get social traffic.

Well sounds like a good idea, i will think about it, anyone else has any other idea?

How about making a coupon like site for the local businesses?
